Vigx Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. We strive to provide a clear and reliable shipping experience for our global customers.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines
We ship to most countries worldwide. The table below provides an estimated total timeline for order processing and shipping from China to your location. Please note that "business days" exclude weekends and public holidays in the destination country

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders to most destinations. Shipping fees may apply to certain countries (e.g., Norway, Switzerland) or for oversized items; these will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing & Tracking
● Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
● Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey on the carrier's official website.
Important Notes & Disclaimer
● The delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. They do not account for potential delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, natural disasters, local holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
● For destinations outside the listed regions, delivery times may vary. Please allow additional time for orders to these locations.
Address Changes, Cancellations & Returns
● Address Changes: Please contact us immediately at support@vigx.ai if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Address changes may result in additional shipping fees.
● Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order by contacting us before it has been shipped. Once the order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled.
● Failed Deliveries & Returns: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the recipient, the recipient's unavailability, or a refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for the associated return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from any refund amount.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unactivated, with no functional or physical damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Activation Policy
Upon receipt of the product, you have a 30-minute trial period after powering it on. If you wish to continue using the device after this trial, you must connect it to the dedicated app, VIGX. Once the mobile app connects to the device, it will prompt you with an activation page. You must click "Confirm" to activate the device for continued use.
Please note: Once the device is activated, it is not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is identified. Products with quality issues are eligible for exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be unactivated, with no functional or physical damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
