Vigx Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. We strive to provide a clear and reliable shipping experience for our global customers.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines
We ship to most countries worldwide. The table below provides an estimated total timeline for order processing and shipping from China to your location. Please note that "business days" exclude weekends and public holidays in the destination country

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders to most destinations. Shipping fees may apply to certain countries (e.g., Norway, Switzerland) or for oversized items; these will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing & Tracking
● Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
● Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey on the carrier's official website.
Important Notes & Disclaimer
● The delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. They do not account for potential delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, natural disasters, local holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
● For destinations outside the listed regions, delivery times may vary. Please allow additional time for orders to these locations.
Address Changes, Cancellations & Returns
● Address Changes: Please contact us immediately at support@vigx.ai if you need to change your shipping address. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Address changes may result in additional shipping fees.
● Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order by contacting us before it has been shipped. Once the order is in transit, it can no longer be cancelled.
● Failed Deliveries & Returns: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the recipient, the recipient's unavailability, or a refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for the associated return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from any refund amount.

VIGX Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
1. Product Warranty
We provide comprehensive quality assurance for VIGX exoskeleton products. A 1-year limited warranty is effective from the date your product is delivered.
●Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions. Specific terms are subject to the official warranty policy.
●Validation: The warranty is linked to the product’s serial number and is non-transferable. To request service, please provide your order number and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
●Service Process: If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team. Based on our inspection, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a policy-compliant refund.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days of product delivery, under the following conditions:
●Product Quality Issues: Returns/exchanges are accepted for critical failures, manufacturing defects, or functionality issues (e.g., failure to power on, abnormal operation, motor faults not caused by misuse).
●Shipping Damage: If the product arrives with visible damage from transit, please provide clear photos. Our support team will assist with the return/exchange process.
●Unopened Products: Unopened, unactivated products in original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact are eligible for return.
●Opened Products: Opened products may be returned if they are in like-new condition (show no signs of use or damage, include all accessories, and are clean and properly repackaged).
All returned products are subject to inspection. Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, wear, damage, or has missing parts.
3. Return Process

Step2.Provide Information: Please have your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or documentation ready.
Step3.Next Steps: Our team will review your case and guide you through the subsequent steps, including whether the product needs to be returned and the return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
●VIGX will cover the cost of return shipping for verified product defects or shipping damage.
●For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction, non-quality issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Processing
We will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming it meets our policy. You will receive an email notification upon completion. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation within 14 business days.
6. Additional Notes
●For products outside the 15-day return window under special circumstances, please contact customer service. We will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
