VIGX Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
1. Product Warranty
We provide comprehensive quality assurance for VIGX exoskeleton products. A 1-year limited warranty is effective from the date your product is delivered.
● Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions. Specific terms are subject to the official warranty policy.
● Validation: The warranty is linked to the product’s serial number and is non-transferable. To request service, please provide your order number and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
● Service Process: If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team. Based on our inspection, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a policy-compliant refund.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days of product delivery, under the following conditions:
● Product Quality Issues: Returns/exchanges are accepted for critical failures, manufacturing defects, or functionality issues (e.g., failure to power on, abnormal operation, motor faults not caused by misuse).
● Shipping Damage: If the product arrives with visible damage from transit, please provide clear photos. Our support team will assist with the return/exchange process.
● Unopened Products: Unopened, unactivated products in original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact are eligible for return.
● Opened Products: Opened products may be returned if they are in like-new condition (show no signs of use or damage, include all accessories, and are clean and properly repackaged).
All returned products are subject to inspection. Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, wear, damage, or has missing parts.
3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping Costs
● VIGX will cover the cost of return shipping for verified product defects or shipping damage.
● For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction, non-quality issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Processing
We will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming it meets our policy. You will receive an email notification upon completion. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation within 14 business days.

● For products outside the 15-day return window under special circumstances, please contact customer service. We will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
